ph567's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be forfeited.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
